Shipping FAQ

So how does shipping work?
1 Order.
Multiple Vendors.
1 Invoice.
1 Shipping Charge.
Tattoo Annex has partnered with UPS and our vendors to bring you the convenience of shopping and ordering from multiple manufacturers and only paying 1 shipping charge. 

What if my order is shipping from multiple manufacturers, do I pay more than 1 shipping charge?
No. Regardless of the number of manufacturers that ship your order, there is only one shipping charge.

What if I want to ship on my own account?
Simply choose "Ship using my account" during check out and enter your shipping information in the notes section.

Is it possible to get free shipping?
No. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping to our customers. To offer the wide variety of products at the prices we have them available for, free shipping is not feasible.

Can I ship using a method other than UPS?
Yes. By choosing the "Ship using my account" option during check out we can attempt to coordinate shipping via alternative methods with the vendors needed to fulfill your order.

What if something ships to the wrong address?
If part or all of your order is shipped to an incorrect address please contact us and we will work with the vendor to make sure your package(s) is delivered successfully.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
We will process your order and send to the manufacturer or authorized distributor the same day we receive your payment. Delivery times will be determined by the shipping method you indicate on your order.

Returns & Exchanges
Tattoo Annex is not responsible for items that are damaged, or need to be returned or exchanged. Once an order is shipped any customer-service related issues are the responsible of the vendor/distributor/manufacturer that shipped your order. However, Tattoo Annex will work with the vendor/distributor/manufacturer on your behalf, to resolve any and all customer service issues that may arise. 

Who should I contact if I need to return or exchange an item?
If a product needs to be returned or exchanged please contact us and we will determine the appropriate course of action to ensure your satisfaction. We will work with the manufacturer or authorized distributor on your behalf, however ultimately returns and exchanges are fulfilled through our partners and not through Tattoo Annex.

Who should I contact if there is a problem with my order?
Although Tattoo Annex is not responsible for shortages, overages, damage or shipment errors of any type, we are happy to work with our partners on your behalf to resolve any issues that may arise. Please contact us first to begin the process.

Who pays the shipping on a return?
Return shipping will be determined on a case by case basis and will vary by vendor.

Who credits my account (credit card) should I have a return?
In order for a return/credit to be processed by our partners, the product must be received back in the original shipper's warehouse. Please contact us to begin any return process but be aware ultimately all returns/credits are authorized and processed via our partners, not Tattoo Annex.
